School Events

 

At APS Events, we have a large range of inflatable equipment, especially designed to grab the kids attention and keep them happy. We want the kids to have a great fun day and we’ll do our very best to make it happen for you. Our stock includes Bouncy Castles of various sizes, Obstacle Courses, Slides (large & small), Ball Ponds, Foot Ball Shoot Outs, Gladiator Jousts, Sumo Suits (Kids & adults), Soft Play Shapes and Inflatable play area (for under 5's) 50 ft Pirate Adventure, 50 ft Western Train, Kids Go Karts, Face Painters, Ice Cream Vans, Burger Bars and much, much more.

When we organise an event, there are THREE different ways we supply our entertainment to you:

  1. Option One: Is a hand stamp system where we supply at least three staff to set up and man an agreed amount of equipment. We then charge customers a set fee for the duration of your event and then stamp their hands so that we know who has paid to use the inflatables. At the end of the event we deduct from the takings the cost of any petrol used for the generators and staff costs then donate 25% of the takings back to you. This is our most popular option as there is no cost to you whatsoever.
  2. Option Two: Is prior to an event we agree an amount we have to pay to the organisers to attend. This way APS inflatables are held responsible for the takings and may use a pay as you go system where we supply all staff to set up and man the equipment. We then charge customers a smaller fee to use the equipment for between five or ten minutes per inflatable, again with this option there is no cost to you.
  3. Option Three: Is we hire the equipment to you charging you daily rates per unit with all the money taken going to the event organiser. If more than three staff are required, we are more than happy to supply these

Our main priority at any event is safety, so for this reason we fence of all of our equipment with high visibility fencing, we use professional safety mats, ground sheets and industrial strength ground pegs. We can also supply our own generators.

All our staff will be recognisable by our company logo and telephone number worn on all of our T-shirts. The approximate space required would be 150ft x 100ft if more space is available then we can accommodate this if there is less space available this still will be no problem for us as we can always arrange a site inspection.

All children at any events must be accompanied by an Adult at all times
