Hire Charges

 

When it comes to paying for an event, we think you will be pleasantly surprised at how unique our system of payment options actually are. Although we can’t promise the actual Option we’ll use for your event, be assured that we have been able to provide over 95% of our customers with one of the options listed below. The other 5% have been provided with a tailor made option specifically to meet the clients needs.

  1. Option One: Is a hand stamp system where we supply at least three staff to set up and man an agreed amount of equipment. We then charge customers a set fee for the duration of your event and then stamp their hands so that we know who has paid to use the inflatables. At the end of the event we deduct from the takings the cost of any petrol used for the generators and staff costs then donate 25% of the takings back to you. This is our most popular option as there is no cost to you whatsoever.
  2. Option Two: Is prior to an event we agree an amount we have to pay to the organisers to attend. This way APS inflatables are held responsible for the takings and may use a pay as you go system where we supply all staff to set up and man the equipment. We then charge customers a smaller fee to use the equipment for between five or ten minutes per inflatable, again with this option there is no cost to you.
  3. Option Three: Is we hire the equipment to you charging you daily rates per unit with all the money taken going to the event organiser. If more than three staff are required, we are more than happy to supply these
